Screw the iTrip!

I first bought the iTrip, then I hacked the iTrip, then I bought the new iTrip with LCD . Despite all that, I still get a stupid noise interference when the car engine is running.

I did not made the hack, I paid an audio-electronics wiz to do it, but the good thing is that now I have two RCA jacks to plug an RCA cable straight out of the iPod. Sound quality is true CD Quality, iPod’s battery won’t drain in 5 hours anymore, bass response has improved and the noise hitch is forever gone.

Silent gaps on songs are now true silent gaps…

The iTrip may work well on parties, home equipment, or new radios with powerful antennas that won’t get affected by the car engine. But if you’re all for the quality of the sound, an RCA straight into the AUX input of your system is the best you can get…
